Why I write about CS exam preparation
Most study advice is written by people who passed the exam years ago, or by coaching institutes with a commercial stake in telling you their course is the answer. Neither gives you an honest picture of what the current syllabus demands.
I'm in the same exam cycle as you. I've sat through SMASH portal frustrations, last-minute syllabus change notifications, and the specific anxiety of staring at a 6-hour-a-day study plan and wondering if it's enough.
My writing draws on: the science of how memory and retrieval actually work, the ICSI syllabus and past papers for the current session, and conversations with hundreds of CS students through this platform. The goal is practical advice you can apply this week — not motivational content.
