1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering and using CS Study E-Mentor ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
The Platform is intended for students enrolled in or preparing for ICSI Company Secretary examinations (CSEET, Executive and Professional). You must provide accurate registration information when creating an account.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login with others or create multiple accounts. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found to be in violation of these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform. Prohibited activities include posting spam, abusive content or false information on the Discussion Board; attempting to hack, scrape or reverse engineer the Platform; and impersonating other users or administrators.
5. Study Content
All study materials, chapter guides and content on the Platform are provided for educational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content reflects the latest ICSI syllabus. Always verify critical information with official ICSI sources.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code and materials on the Platform are the intellectual property of CS Study E-Mentor. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, exam success or specific study outcomes. Use of the Platform is at your own discretion and risk.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@e-mentor.xyz.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
