e-mentor started because the platform I needed to prepare for CS exams didn't exist. So I built it.
Why e-mentor exists
When I enrolled in the CS programme at ICSI, I found the same problems every student finds: scattered resources, expensive coaching, and generic study advice from people who passed the exam years ago under a different syllabus.
Mock tests either didn't exist for the current session, or came from providers with no stake in whether you actually understood the material. Free video classes were buried across YouTube channels with no structure. Study planners assumed you had 10 hours a day and no life.
e-mentor is what I built to fix this — a platform that combines gamified mock tests, subject-wise free video classes, an AI study planner, exam registration help, and a job board for CS/CA/CMA aspirants — all in one place, maintained by someone going through the same syllabus.

I'm a CS student at ICSI — currently in the Executive stage — and the person who built and runs e-mentor.xyz. My background is in building software: the platform, the Android app, and every system behind the scenes are built and maintained by me.
My writing on this platform draws from both sides: the study science (memory, retrieval practice, spacing) and the current ICSI syllabus as it actually exists today — not as it existed three years ago.
