Yes. CS Professional registration does not require completion of training. Students can register for CS Professional immediately after passing both CS Executive modules. However, 21 months of practical training must be completed before applying for ACS membership.
Qualified CAs and CMAs who cleared CS Executive under special exemptions (ICSI notification) may also register for CS Professional after clearing the applicable CS Executive modules. ICSI periodically issues notifications for inter-professional exemptions — check ssp.icsi.edu.in for current policy.
