CS Study E-Mentor (e-mentor.xyz) operates exclusively as an online educational platform. We do not dispatch or deliver physical merchandise, paper textbooks, or physical parcel packages to postal addresses. All products and services are purely digital.

2. Delivery Timeline & Access Activation

Delivery of all digital products is instantaneous and automatic upon successful completion of payment:

• Mock Tests & Test Series: Instantly unlocked in your registered dashboard and accessible under the Mock Tests tab immediately after checkout.
• E-Books & Study Notes: Instant direct download access and viewing rights granted in your account.
• AI Customised Study Planners: The complete day-by-day study schedule and PDF generation are unlocked immediately upon payment confirmation.
• Ranker Mentorship Sessions: Calendar slot confirmation and meeting link details are emailed immediately to your registered email address.

A purchase confirmation and digital tax invoice/receipt is sent to your registered email address within 5 minutes of transaction completion.

3. Shipping Charges

Since all products and services are delivered electronically across the internet, there are zero shipping, handling, or courier charges (₹0.00). The price displayed at checkout is the complete, final amount payable.

4. Exchange & Course Transfer Policy

If you inadvertently purchased a test series or study plan for an incorrect group or subject (e.g. Group 1 instead of Group 2):

• You may request an exchange for an equivalent course or subject within 48 hours of purchase.
• An exchange is permitted provided the purchased mock tests or resources have not yet been attempted, graded, or downloaded.
• To request an exchange, contact our support team at support@e-mentor.xyz with your order ID and the desired replacement subject.

5. Non-Receipt or Access Assistance

If you have successfully made a payment but your digital content is not accessible within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder for your confirmation email or contact our 24/7 technical desk via our Contact Us page or email support@e-mentor.xyz.
