Registration Status & Number
After submitting your CS Executive registration form, ICSI takes a few working days to process and assign a registration number.
Log in to the ICSI student portal at student.icsi.edu using the credentials you created during application. Navigate to "My Applications" or "Registration Status" to view the current status of your CS Executive registration — Pending, Under Review, Approved, or Rejected.
↗ ICSI Student PortalYour CS Executive registration number is sent to your registered email address once ICSI approves your application. It is also available on the student portal under your profile or "My Registrations". The registration number follows the format used by ICSI (e.g., 100000000/CS/2024). You will need this number for all future exam-related activities.
If your registration has been pending for more than 15 working days, check whether all required documents were uploaded correctly and payment was confirmed. If everything appears complete, contact ICSI directly via the Student Grievance Portal at student.icsi.edu, email studentgrievance@icsi.edu, or call the ICSI regional office nearest to you.
