Admit Card

Your CS Executive admit card is issued by ICSI approximately 2–3 weeks before the examination. A printed copy is mandatory at the exam centre.

Log in to the ICSI student portal at student.icsi.edu using your registration number and password. Navigate to Examination → Admit Card. Select your session and download the PDF. Print it in colour or black and white before your exam date. The admit card is not dispatched by post — it is available only through the online portal.

ICSI typically releases the CS Executive admit card 2–3 weeks before the first exam date of the session. Exact release dates are announced via official ICSI notifications. You will also receive an email alert when your admit card is available.

If your admit card displays an incorrect exam centre, contact ICSI immediately through the Student Grievance Portal or email examinations@icsi.edu before the examination date. Do not attend the wrong centre — ICSI will guide you on the corrective action. Exam centres are allocated based on availability and cannot be changed at the last minute without ICSI approval.

You must carry: (1) a printed copy of your admit card, and (2) a valid photo identity proof — Aadhaar card, PAN card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving Licence (original). You are not permitted to carry mobile phones, electronic devices, notes, or books inside the examination hall.

For a name correction, contact ICSI through the Student Grievance Portal at student.icsi.edu. Provide a copy of your identity proof (Aadhaar/PAN) showing the correct name. ICSI will issue a corrected admit card if the change is made before the exam. If the exam is imminent, carry your original ID proof to the exam centre — invigilators can verify against the original document.

No. ICSI requires a printed (hard copy) admit card to be presented at the exam centre. A digital copy on your phone is not accepted. Print the admit card clearly on A4 paper before the exam day.

Admit cards are not sent by post — they are available only on the ICSI student portal. If your admit card is not visible on the portal after the release date, check whether your exam enrolment was completed and payment was successful. Contact ICSI at examinations@icsi.edu or through the Student Grievance Portal with your registration number for assistance.
