Passing Criteria
Each ACCA exam requires 50% to pass. There is no aggregate requirement — each paper must be passed independently.
All ACCA Applied Knowledge papers require 50% (50/100) to pass. There is no aggregate across papers — each paper must be passed independently. If you fail, there is no restriction on how soon you can retake it (on-demand CBEs can be rebooked after your result).
You can rebook and resit the paper as soon as your result is processed. For on-demand CBEs, there is no minimum wait between attempts. ACCA does not limit the number of attempts per paper — you can sit as many times as needed (each attempt incurs the exam fee).
Yes. ACCA provides a result notification with band feedback: if you scored between 40–49%, you receive a "Band X" result indicating you were close. This helps you know which areas to revise for the retake. If you scored below 40%, you receive a lower band indication.
