Final Course Registration & Fees
CA Final Course Registration Fee:
Indian Students: Rs 22,000*
Foreign Students: US$ 1,100 (SAARC country students pay regular Indian fees)
Special concessions:
- Students from Union Territories of J&K, Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands and 8 North-East States (Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura): 75% fee concession for all CA levels (Foundation, Intermediate and Final) — extended till 31st March 2028
- Wards of deceased ICAI members: 75% concession in Registration Course Fee for Final level (applicable from April 1, 2022)
No separate fee is payable for SPOM (Self-Paced Online Modules — Sets A, B, C and D) at the time of Final Course registration.
CA Final Course registration procedure:
1. Eligibility: Must have passed CA Intermediate Examination (both Group I and Group II)
2. Platform: ICAI has a centralised Self Service portal — visit https://www.icai.org/post/students-services
3. Process: All administrative interactions are done online through this portal; no personal visit or physical document submission needed
4. SPOM Registration: At the time of Final Course registration, students are simultaneously required to register for Self-Paced Online Modules (SPOM). The Final course registration form contains the facility to opt for subjects under SET C (elective) and SET D (multidisciplinary)
5. Study Material: After successful registration, students receive details to order study material through the Centralised Distribution System Portal at https://icai-cds.org/
6. Final Course Structure: Consists of two Groups — Group I and Group II, each group has three papers
